Programme „27“

Target:

To save the „ World’s  Green  Lungs “  in the heart of Africa.

The Principle:

1. First zone - preservation

To preserve the equatorial forest at the primeval condition, without

    any human intervention.

2. Second zone - protection

An intenference with the virgin forest is restricted to liqudation of

natural calamity consequences which could endanger the resident

   population.

3. Third zone - symbiosis

Will be started up a succesfull coexistence of two natural mondial

systems; forest and animals with civilisation and human race.

The forest should be exploited only to ensure the essentials of life

of resident population. Export of wood in logs and lumber form is

    exluded from this region.

The forest tree nurseries will be established. The forest at the third zone, exploited for resident population needs, will be metodically again renewed. The surfaces once deforested one plant anew.

The results expected:

In reality this is the question of population food deficit reduction by means of:

1.    Drinking water supply ( local wells drilling)

1.1. small hydropower-plants

2.    Breeding - poultry, etc.., Fishing

3.    Mixed Farming capacity augmentation by mechanization itroducing for:

3.1. exploiting of cultivated agricultural area

3.2. crops collection

3.3. agricultural produts transport for sale on the local marketplaces

4.    Economic activity  support

4.1. sale and trade promotion  among the provinces is onlly the question of  procuts

trasport to the consumers on the longer distances

4.2. water-ways and ports revitalization, renewal of the inland fleet

4.3. transport infrastructure upgrading - back roads, bridges…

5.    Forest preservation

5.1. forest tree nursery foundation

5.2. controlled production and processing of timber

5.3. solar water-heating

6.    Health care amelioration and the easy access to apprentice education
