World’s Green Lungs is the non-profit organisation, which has taken the task to lay the groundwork of the tropical forests protection and ecological exploitation of their natural wealth, which is a preconditio of the amelioration of the living and the social conditions in thes areas and  thereby to contibute to preservation of this tropical virgin forests as a valuable and durable source of oxygen for our planet Earth.

You pollute and it is why you are rich,

pay to poor for the forest or else he must cut the scarce oxygen sources.

The forest produces by help of photosynthesis  7 - 10,5 tons  of oxygenO2   per  ha within year.

   Let us give together over the financial means for development of this  forest regions. Let us help the local residents to introduce the sustainable agricultures, forestry and vood processig for their own  consumption so they d’not have to spoilt the forest unnecessarilly. We teach the local citizens, how to economize their forest so they will have a reason for staying in own homelad, and will not  emigrate abroad.

We want to presetve the virgin forest in exchange for a development aid.

   World’s Green Lungs die. The deforesting rate still speeds up. During one year, 130 000 km2 of virgin forest disappears all around the world. The forest areas citizens try to satisfy their own basic essentials of life with only unique way they know; to extent the surfaces of their fields and pastures at the cost of the virgin forest. They do  have the natural right to have a feed , to dring and to have other civilizing benefits, which we take as commonplace - e.g. education, medical care and to fill up.

   Within short the striped thin humus lay is washed out by tropical rainstorms and only barren land remains. After some seasons it is anew necessary to cut and to burn out further surfaces. This process of virgin forest devastation never  ends by oneself.  

   Governments, corporations and population of the countries producing plenty of greenhouse gases have the duty to protect and to plant the forests in order to balance the negative emission impact from their own agricultural or industrial production.

In the developed countries the forest, already for centuries, is also highly  exploited but nevertheless it  is not destroying.

E.g. In the Czech rep. man cuts 14 million m3  of wood, plants 100 000 new seedlings every year and  

       despite of it the forest surface increases every year. Last 100 years the forest surface redoubled.

 

 By emission audit  it is possible to determine what  CO2  quantity produces within one  year in any manufacturing company even in any non-producing institution, which self does not release any by production conditioned  CO2 emissions.

It is possible to compute their ekological footprint.

   One well-known auditorial corporation come to the conclusion that every of his eployee „produces“ 9 ton of  CO2  emission per annum.

Scientists profess, a virgin forest binds  9,5 – 14,3 t CO2  per ha within year, s. carbon sinks.

Ecology unites, but a man can only engage in ecology whwen he is filled up,  and when his child does not die of fever.

   Every environmentally sensitized person or corporation can compensate by his activities produced CO2  emissions, by means of  emission bonds  purchase for annual grant 100 € /ha of forest, become patron of his forest surface at least for one year and this in the final effect to reduce the global warming menance. This means shall be used for the Programm 27  implementation.    

   For the initial stage the World’s Green Lungs has on hand 17 700  km2 tropical virgin forest  in the centre of Republic Democratic of Congo in province Maniema. Already now in the neighbour provinces at least another 100 000 km2 of virgin forest are  ready.
